Hiawassee Cabinet

Meadow

The Hiwassee cabinet can be customized to be a bar cabinet that conceals everything necessary to serve a cold or hot beverage. It includes drawers with a push-open system and retention silent closing trays. Hand sculpted doors reflect the ripple effect that is seen on the Hiawassee river, a significant waterway for native Americans prior to settlement. Behind its two doors is generous storage and well-engineered functionality, including storage drawers, bottle storage, and a pull-out shelf. Interior led lighting included. The entire piece is made from solid wood. Includes 2 or 4 finger pull drawers.

The name Hiwassee is derived from the Cherokee word Ayuhwasi, meaning “savanna” or “large meadow”. The name has been applied to several entities past and present in the U.S. states of Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
